As a locally owned importing and retail company, we aims to offer our customer “3Q”, they are quality products, quality services and quality experiences. Our sourcing team directly based in Asia countries to bring you the products at the lowest price with best quality. Our friendly service team will take care of you through your whole trading process. Customer Services: If you have any enquiries or have problems with trade, you are more than welcome to email us. All emails will be replied in our working hour, from 9am-5pm week days. Your email will be replied at our earliest convenient. Normally our system will dispatch confirmation email after a trade has been established, if you don't receive any emails from us, please check junk mail box. Delivery: We dispatch goods as soon as payment is cleared. We use courier economy for middle to big sized items and use overnight delivery for bag deliveries. Economy delivery will take 2-3 working days to arrive, with overnight courier delivery; you are able to get the item(s) in next working day. Please note, if item is dispatched on Friday, the earliest time you will receive it is on coming Monday. We will also send you confirmation email with tracking number to help you trace at the parcels. Payment: Our system will send automatic payment method into your email box, please check your email once you win a product from us. We accept bank deposit, online banking transfer or paynow. Please read payment instruction carefully and make sure you put the correct reference number when you make payment. Lack of information will delay your parcel. It takes one working day for payment to show up. One important thing is bank updates transactions from every Tuesday to Friday. If your payment made on Sat or Sun, it will show up on Tuesday instead of Monday, so please arrange your payment time wisely. If you have any concerns or problems, please feel free to email us. Terms & Conditions: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please contact us first. Once you got confirmation from us, please return it to us in the original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund (The items must be in original condition with all original packages.). We have the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition. Postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for a different size or color), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. Combined Shipping Policy: For small product, we do combine shipping for your orders; please pay Full Postage for the first item and $0.99 each for other item. Please check product's payment area to make sure your product is at this arranges. |
