Warranties

All our products comes with warranty as stated in the auction. If you have an issue please contact us during business hours and we will handle the situation from there. We will repair replace or refund at our discretion.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day no question full refund return policy on all brand new items. Please note that shipping will not be refunded.

For refunds/warranties item must be returned back in original packaging within the warranty period.

Refunds will not be offered if the items are not compatible with the buyers system OR the buyer is unable to operate or assemble item.
You must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase/bidding.
Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'.
Original postage charges are non-refundable.
Our return policy is to replace and not refund (when possible). All items must be returned to us for a full assessment before a refund will be issued.

Courier Deliveries

We use courier post with overnight delivery . Any freight damaged goods cannot be claimed on. Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon payment of goods and goods being shipped from our premises.

All Exlease laptops may not be always ready for pickup straight away as we might need some time to do a clean install and test it before shipping, For brand new items please confirm the stock availability before coming in to the store.
