Photofans is a was established December 2009. We sell camera,lens,studio flash,quartz
light,umbrella,reflector.photo table,light stand.background support system,radio trigger,Tripod etc…
Our overriding goal is to make you, our customer, feel comfortable and satisfied with your experience here. Our commitment to sales quality and customer satisfaction is second to none. The entire premise of our store is based upon your ability to come in, touch, feel, experiment, ask, and discuss your needs without sales pressure. we have strong feelings about our customers and, to that end, our sales and support teams are dedicated to making your experience with us a pleasant and lasting one.
Photofans will provide you with excellent customer service. If you have a question or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing neutral or negative feedback. Most concerns can be resolved quickly to everyone’s satisfaction.
Payments Payment and/or contact must be made within 3 days from winning the auction. Payment instructions will be sent automatically after a few minutes from the auction closing time. It will include our bank account information for the Direct Deposit payments, and our pick up location and opening hours. Please note that it usually takes a couple of WORKING days for your payment to appear in our bank statement if you paid via Direct Deposit.

We use track and trace with Fastway Couriers and as they do not deliver to PO Box we also require a physical address. Please do not sign for any damaged parcels. All parcels' are track and trace and must be signed for unless otherwise stated by you. Please make sure correct courier charges have been included in payment, as failure to provide sufficient funds will result in delays.
We aim to do it in a same day to process your order and send the goods. Couriers are generally overnight, but we cannot be liable for courier delays. If an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we possibly can.
We will email the tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Damages or Loss in Transit
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against FASTWAY Couriers / NOW/NZ post / Mainfreight directly. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit however details of any claim should be advised to us immediately.
7 Day Money Back Policy
In order to receive a refund, purchased item must be brand new and unused. The packaging and all of the contents must be returned.Item can only be refunded if purchased 30 days or under date of purchase on receipt. ALL items will need to be assessed BEFORE a refund is issued. Refunds will also be exclusive of shipping costs. 7 day money back warranty is not a trial period, we will not refund any items that have been used, and we will only refund items in original, perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of a product if we feel it does not meet these criteria.
Photofans will fulfill all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
All our products carry a standard 1 year warranty, unless specified on the auction
Our warranty is a RTB (Return to Base) warranty. Faulty Items need to be returned to us in order for us to forward the item to our service department for assessment.
Our policy dictates that all items will be repaired if possible. If repair is not possible a replacement will be provided. If we cannot replace or repair the item we will only then issue a refund.
Our warranties are covered by our own service department where possible. If our service technicians are unable to fix a fault, we send the goods off to a 3rd party for repairs.
If an item is returned for repair and there is no fault found, assessment fee may incur and shipping costs will be added to this.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects only. It does NOT cover liquid damage and/or impact damage, or external forces. External forces include opening the device, modifying the device etc.
