Shipping Details 

Freight is free within New Zealand for all products excluding Bikes and Canvas Tents.

When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch it the next working day (Monday to Friday). Within New Zealand, deliveries are sent via Courier Post, unless it is an oversize item and we may use PBT Couriers. Delivery can take 2 to 5 business days between islands and is dependent on Courier Post offering their usual prompt service. Rural addresses generally require an extra 1 - 2 business days delivery time. Some isolated regions may require additional delivery time.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

If your article is damaged upon arrival please notify R&R Sport immediately on 03-474-2797. 

If your article fails to arrive, within 4 days of posting, please notify R&R Sport immediately on 03-474-2797. There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels. Failure to notify us within 10 days of expected delivery, may result in no refund.

Compensation payments for loss of, or damage to, courier items sent within New Zealand are limited to a compensation limit of NZ$1,500 (plus reimbursement of postage if the item was lost). If the item is valued at over NZ$1,500 you must purchase additional compensation cover.
