Christmas Delivery Notice: If you wish to receive your auctions by Christmas, and if you are paying to our bank account, the payment must show in our bank by 19th December. If you are paying by credit card, you will have to pay by 20th December. Payment received after these days, will not be processed until 3rd January 2013. All emails received over Christmas will be personally replied from 3rd January. Have a great Christmas and New Year!

Payment We accept Pay Now / Credit Card / Internet Banking / Bank Transfer / Direct Credit / Bank Deposit, & Cheque. Payment Instructions for these methods are automatically sent to winners within a few minutes of the listing closing. We would appreciate completion of payment within 3 business days of the end of your purchase. Layby We offer lay-by for all the products. 30% deposit is required 3 days after the listing finishes. We will send goods after full payment received. Shipping and Combined Items We are happy to combine a maximum of five items over a 5 day period into one courier bag if payment is made by internet banking or bank deposit, with one lump sum payment for all items to be combined. Unfortunately, if paying by Pay Now (Credit Card), items cannot be combined. All items will be bubble wrapped for protection or gift boxed (if stated in listing) and couriered via Courier Post. Customer Service Emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday - Friday (We don’t check emails over weekend or public holidays). We check and answer your emails within 48 hours due to high volume of emails we receive every day. Return Policy If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace or give a refund, if contact within 3 days after receiving the goods. The Jewellery Shop is happy to swap rings if the size ‘doesn’t fit’, if we have the same ring in the requested size as per any size options on the listing, in stock, at the time we receive the return. The customer will be responsible for all courier charges. Contact must be made in 3 days after receiving the ring. When you return product, please contact us first, and make sure to enclose the listing number. Please read the listing carefully, as returns will not be accepted if the buyer simply changes their mind, if the item is not “what you expected', if “the picture is not to scale” or if “the colour is slightly different on my computer” etc. The Jewellery Shop adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions. How to find your ring size- a frequently asked question A simple way: You can use a string to wrap up your finger to get circumference, then divided by 3.14 to get diameter. We have listed the available sizes with diameter in most listings. |
