The Toy Lady Ltd imports toys from all around the world, selling them direct to the public. Our aim is to bring you affordable toys. We specialize in toys for 0-10 years. We stock a large range of children's educational toys and puzzles, board games, books, wooden toys and train sets, slides, climbing frames, playhouses, sports equipment, plus lots more. Gst. 96-672-985 Layby We also offer lay-by service on sales totalling over $100. 20% deposit and weekly instalments. Terms will be stated in each auction. Return Policy In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, faulty, incorrectly described, or lost by courier we will happily replace or give a full refund. Please contact us prior to the return of any product. Support Should you ever encounter difficulties with your product, we can offer technical support and maybe able to help you out, and we're only ever a phone call away. Shipping Our target is for all products to leave our premises within 24 hours 0f payment clearing in our account. Our main couriers are Fastways. These items will need to be signed for upon delivery. Larger items are sent with Mainstream forwarders. The quoted shipping cost includes packaging. Disclaimer: Our outdoor toys are made from U.V. (Ultraviolet) stabilized plastic, designed to extend the life of your toy. With New Zealand's harsh sunlight, if toys are exposed for extended periods fading is to be expected.
