At Tool and Industrial Supplies our emphasis is on quality at great pricing, we will never compromise on providing the best tools for our customers.
We stock thousands of tools in our retail store. This includes but is not limited to hand tools, power tools, workshop storage, industrial equipment, hydraulic tools, hardware supplies, automotive tools and many more.

We make our brand selection based on two criteria:

Deliveries will be despatched by courier either the same day or the next working day after payment is received. Be aware that larger items can take between 2 – 5 days for the courier to deliver and it may take a few days for payment to show in our bank account.
You are most welcome to come to our store to pick up purchases. As we are a busy store, it may be beneficial to notify us in advance. This way we can have your item ready for you.
Payment instructions are automatically sent to winning bidders. We require that payment is made in full within 5 working days.

Please follow the instructions on our payment email and remember to include the trademe auction number. If no auction number is included, this may delay the delivery process.
We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa in store. We can also process Mastercard and Visa card payments over email, phone or fax.
We do accept cheques as payment but please allow 3 working days for the cheques to clear before items are sent. Cheques are not acceptable for pick ups.
Finance is available on purchases over $500. Purchases through finance will be subject to interest which is variable and determined at the time of purchase.
We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.
In the very unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods returns must be made within 7 days. Tool & industrial supplies will repair, replace or refund your item (at our discretion).
We will not return or refund on products if you have changed your mind.
Please make sure the auction you are bidding on is what you want prior to bidding, read all relevant information on products and warranties, returns must be made within 7 days and the product is sent back to us at the "buyers Expense". All courier and postage charges are non refundable.
We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction and do our best to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in delivery but please do inform us of the incident immediately.

Your details will never be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. You can buy with confidence from us.
We may retain your email to follow up on your customer satisfaction or let you know of any special promotions. Purchasing an item from us is deemed acceptance of this. If however, you do not wish us to keep your details or make any further contact we will of course respect this and remove your details from our system. We don’t like spam any more than you do.
