Payment: We accept most forms of payment, including credit card processing via PayNow, Paymate or PayPal, Pago, bank deposits, internet banking and (on items where pickup is allowed) cash. Cheques are also accepted, on the proviso that goods will be despatched once cheques have cleared. Shipping: We use NZ Post with bubble wrap for protection. We generally ship the next working day after a payment has been made. We do not usually ship weekends or public holidays; and shipping may be irregular during the period from 25th December to the 9th of January. Please enquire for international shipping rates. Customer service: We are around to answer questions posted or emailed 7 days a week. Tax invoices: Available on request only. Refunds: For faulty or damaged goods a refund will be given. Good Behaviour: Success Secrets abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act as well as all other relevant New Zealand laws.
