Our Guarantee
Manufacturers Warranty's and Consumer guarantees apply. We will stand behind the products we sell within 30 days of the mailing date if there is a fault or if it has been damaged in transit. Note: We sell all of our items in good faith, however customer's reasons for returning goods vary greatly, therefore we have a policy of negotiation. If other sizes or colours are required (if available) an exchange is acceptable with prior arrangement* providing they are of the same value, otherwise the difference will be credited or charged accordingly. These items must be in an undamaged and unused condition only, if returned. *contact the Parts department 07 850 5044 (line 1) Please state your name contact details, auction number, and product Shipping Where possible we use courier door to door service. Once payment is received we ship within 24 hours. All Freight tickets are recorded on the customers invoice ensuring track and trace if the goods go missing in transit. We will ship as per customers preferred method where possible on request. Pickups accepted. Returns Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind. Any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are fully returnable as per "our Guarantee". Where possible a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is not possible a refund will be given. It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason. If it is a warranty issue we will refund the freight charges once we receive the goods back. |
