About the Store

At Travelbug, we reckon booking accommodation should be easy, secure, great value and fun. That’s why we do what we do; building things that help you make accommodation bookings that best suit your plans, whether that be booking a room for tonight on our mobile site or from home for 12 months down the track. Travelbug is located in Wellington HQ in an office that says a lot about us - with a great coffee machine, a pool table and even a slide, plus all the tools our team need to do their job well. This also means that if you call us, you’ll speak with kiwis with kiwi attitudes who love to help.The auctions in our store are listed by the individual properties themselves and the content in each auction is their own responsibility. That said, we do have a few policies that all auctions will have in common – see our Store Policies. |
Store Policies

Payment
Payment for all auctions in our store is by credit card and is required within 48 hours of the auction ending.
Making your booking
You will be able to instantly confirm your booking once you make payment.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be emailed to you automatically and will reach your inbox within 10 minutes of booking
Amendments / Cancellations
All changes to your booking, including cancellations and amendments, are to be made directly with the operator. Cancellation terms differ depending on the accommodation, however these will be summarised at the time of booking.
