If you believe someone has used your card on Trade Me without your permission, then please contact us so we can investigate. Please check around your household to make sure that someone hasn't borrowed your card without your permission.

You will need to provide:

• the date of the transaction
• the name on the card
• the first 6 digits on the card
• the last 4 digits on the card

In the event that you believe that your card has been used fraudulently then you should contact your bank so they can take the appropriate action.
