Learning more about items (change topic)For more information about an item you can ask a question on auctions and Motors classified listings, or 'email the seller' on other classified listings. These are available at the bottom of the listing. Only authenticated members are able to use the Q&A function. On general listings When you ask a question, we’ll email the seller letting them know a question has been asked. Your question won’t be visible on the auction until the seller answers it, or the auction closes. When the seller answers your question we’ll send you an email. On Motors listings When you ask a question, we’ll email the seller letting them know a question has been asked. Your question will be visible on the auction as soon as you’ve asked it. When the seller answers your question we’ll send you an email. |
