You be living with Jason (27 - works as a brand manager) and Mitali (26 - works as site engineer). We’ve just taken on the lease for this newly built townhouse at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac in Mt Albert. The location is super convenient - 5 mins from the Mt Albert shops and restaurants, pak n save / Countdown, motorways, dominion road. We're only 9km from the city with plenty of bus stops only a short walk away. We're easy going, tidy, sociable and like spending time together either watching movies or dinner but respect each others space too. We're looking for someone similar mid 20s to early 30s. We'll furnish the house entirely so all you have to do is bring your stuff for your room! About the room - The room is a double bedroom which gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day and comes with a built in wardrobe. There isnt a off-street car park available but heaps of parking on the street. The rent is $350 a week including all expenses. The bond is $1400.
