Description:	3 bedroom townhouse with 1 bathroom. 2 story house. Living downstairs. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Lots of storage spaces. A nice outdoor area that is very sunny. Your room gets the morning and day sunshine. Very big wardrobe and bedroom size. Room for either a couple ($260) or a single person ($200). There is no dishwasher. I'm very tidy and clean, especially in shared spaces. Not into parties, but up for walks with the dogs. 2 small maltese shitzu dogs are mine. No pets or smokers.
