Description:	4 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms. One room available from 13 May in lovely Thorndon flat 1 minute walk from the botanic gardens. You would be living with two young professionals, one masters student and one cat. We are looking for another young professional or postgraduate student (no couples) who is clean and chill. We are not a party flat. The room is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with only one other flatmate. The room has a built-in wardrobe and large window. The flat is not far from the parliamentary precinct, approximately 15 minutes’ walk to Lambton Quay. The flat is smoke- and vape-free (no smokers or vapers). We have a beautiful view of the harbour from the lounge balcony (where the cat may enjoy the view with you from his climbing tower). Rent $290 per week plus expenses (usually $15-$20 per week). The room is becoming available as our flatmate is moving cities for work. Please message me a bit about yourself and we can set up a viewing. Pets negotiable, no smokers.
