The house is new, modern & big. Located in a quiet area. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens & 3 lounges. It also, has a sunny nice deck at the back of the house. Our home location offers an easy access to the Countdown, New world and other shops, restaurants, Cafes & bus stops and within a very short driving distance. About 10-minute drive from Westgate shopping center & Northshore. Also, a short walking distance to Scott point beach - brickbat bay. One bedroom plus a living room plus its own ensuite available, the bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, mattress, in the living room there is a couch, a coffee table and a tall boy. The room has its own entrance. There is a little dedicated kitchen that is shared by flatmates. Everyone here is very friendly, polite, quiet and enjoys a sense of humour. We are all working professionals. The rent will be $420/week for single, $480 for a couple (3 weeks bond and one week rent in advance is required prior to the move in date). Rent includes water, electricity, high-speed internet and gas. Parking is on-street only.
