Description:	4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Kia ora koutou, We have a gorgeous room available in our oasis at Te Henga (Bethells Beach), West Auckland. The room has two large windows looking out to lush views. A wardrobe, built-in drawers and two bedside lights on the wall. The living area of the house is single-story and offers lots of extra space for creative pursuits, hobbies, study, or working from home. The lounge has a four-panel window door that opens straight out onto the deck with stunning views and maximum sunshine. Our whare is full of character, with a fireplace, wooden floors, a 1970s style kitchen and bathroom. There is storage space in the downstairs garage, a water tank outside, bath, extra pantry, and we have ramp access to the front door. Our home is nestled amongst beautiful native trees, creating a sheltered and private sanctuary with abundant bird life. We are situated within walking a 10 minute walk distance to Bethells. beach, Over Summer, Bethells Cafe (on wheels) provides the community with coffee/kai and there is sometimes live music. There is room in the garden for growing food, flowers, and herbs! There is plenty of opportunity here for a keen or budding gardener or herbalist. It is a 15-20 minute drive to Swanson, 25 minutes to Kumeu, Henderson and Lincoln Road for shops and facilities. Swanson train station is a 15 minute drive away, serviced by the Western line. We are looking for someone to move in from Friday 19th April. You'd be living with three women in their 20s/early 30s, studying and working. We are looking for flatmate of a similar age, but most important is that you are respectful of the space and the surrounding whenua. It's the perfect spot for someone who is looking to slow down and spend time outdoors away from the central city. Rent is $180.00 plus $25 for expenses p/week. Move-in bond cost is $695. No couples and no dogs, sorry. LGBTIQA+ friendly Pets negotiable, no smokers.
