Description:	2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. I'm looking for a female flat mate to share my spacious and styly apartment in the Fabric complex of Onehunga. You will have your own bathroom. :) Lovely courtyard and outdoor space. 6 months initial lease, with opportunity to extend. Rent includes water, wifi, power, (reasonable use), Netflix, Neon. The room is a really good size, with built in wardrobe and doors opening onto courtyard. The main bathroom will be yours, as I have an ensuite. Must like cats as I have a beautiful British Shorthair. I book him in cattery if I'm away. I don't smoke or vape, but fine to vape in courtyard/ patio outside. I'm easy going and welcoming, busy with work and hobbies. Up for a few drinks in the weekend, but it isn't a party pad. If you are interested, tell me a bit about yourself and can go from there. No pets or smokers.
