Heater, queen bed. Fully furnished with linen. It is $230.00 for a SINGLE person and $280.00 for a COUPLE. This includes unlimited wifi (fiber), power, Nelmac rubbish bin liner, kitchen and bathroom liners, dishwash powder (for double drawers). A person does two hours cleaning per week of generic areas. Cleaning products are supplied to cleaner which is in the room costs. A ten minute scroll to the beautiful Tahunanui beach and park. Lovely sunset views on the balcony.
