Single bed (can fold out to a queen size), closet and desk provided as shown in photo. Photo of empty room is taken when room was just newly renovated last year. House is very tidy, quiet and peaceful with a fully fenced in a safe and quiet neighbourhood with a large backyard, very close to motorway, public transport, shops and amenities. We are a very respectful, friendly household and also have 2 cats and a very friendly dog. Full use of lounge TV (with netflix), washing machine, kitchen amenities, toilet paper etc. It is expected that everyone cleans up after themselves, however the general cleaning is done regularly by us so no need for weekly chores etc. Please note this home has no tolerance for illegal drugs.
