Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. We have a warm sunny double bedroom with central heating and a built in wardrobe available in our awesome flat :). It comes with a queen bed and shelves (if needed) and can be either for a couple or a single. $250 single $300 couple It’s a warm dry house with 3 heat pumps, central heating, and a log burner. It has been renovated; gets all day sun and has stunning views over the city/south coast. There is a north facing sheltered deck and an awesome gas BBQ, this a nice place to call home. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are fully furnished, including a large dishwasher, washing machine, café style coffee machine, large TV, DVS vent system, power shower, unlimited internet and a fully equipped kitchen. We are a 10min walk to the bus stop with regular buses into the city and Newtown via the uni on bus 4, or nice walk into town through the botanic gardens which takes about 25-30mins. It only takes about 6-7 mins to drive/cycle into town. There are some nice bush walks in the 2 reserves that are close by, 3 supermarkets in the area and, Northland shops / take-always. The house is on a flat walk on section, with lots of FREE on street parking. We keep the house clean and tidy, and do a once a weekly clean-up, and obviously expect anybody joining us to do the same :) Contact us on the listed phone number for a chat, or text giving some details about yourself.
