Two rooms available unfurnished and share a downstairs bathroom + separate toilet. Heat pump keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter + log fire which is occasionally used. I have two cats so probably not for someone with a cat allergy. I'm pretty relaxed so message me to arrange a time to have a look and chat and see if it would be a good fit.
