Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Room available in Wigram House on a quiet and safe street. You will be living with 4 others, aged 20 -25. All jockey's and horse trainers, everyone is pretty relaxed. House is quiet as everyone usually wakes up early in the morning and goes to sleep between 8-9pm. There is a couple in the master bedroom so you will be sharing the bathroom and toilet (separated) with two other guys. Heaps of space in the garage for your stuff if needed. 4 parking spots in front of the house or on the street( first come first served). Room is a decent size with a built-in wardrobe, easily fits a queen size bed and table. Room will be empty or I might be selling queen size bed with newish mattress for 100$. We are looking for someone who is easygoing and pays rent on time. Bond is 400$. As I work long hours, viewings available after 6pm most of the days, but we can figure it out.
