Description:	2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. TWO ROOMS available in our queer little flat in Newtown Wellington The first is $210pw, the second $190pw, expenses for both $12pw The house is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a bath, nice kitchen The front bedroom faces the street and gets the midday and afternoon sun, it has a heat pump fitted and comes with the storage pictured. (Optional bed and mattress available for purchase from the old tenant on interest!) The other room on offer is currently what is now the lounge, unfurnished and a little smaller so the rent is lower. It is also negotiable regarding whether the other front bedroom is made available for rent at $200, and the current occupier switches to the smaller room. The current flatmates are: Morgan (they/them) 25, a graduate student studying linguistics at Vic; and Alice (she/they) 26, a writer currently working on a book of essays. Ideally we'd offer the room to people close to our ages (23 - early 30's) consistently takes their load of cleaning, and are neurodivergent or comfortable living with neurodivergent people (we both have some mix of ASD and ADHD) We are both social people and enjoy chatting in the kitchen and the odd shared meal or boardgame night. ?? At the same time we both are quiet people when our energy is low, one of us studying fulltime and working, and the other having Chronic Fatigue Let us know if you're interested in either room!
