Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. We are looking for a new flatmate to join our established three-bedroom house in North East Valley. We're on the sunny side of the valley and the house is heated by a heat pump and a wood burner. There is a new hot water cylinder with good water pressure, and an HRV ventilation and heat transfer system with a vent in every room. We have a sunny backyard with outdoor furniture and there's a bit of space for veggie growing if you're into that. The rest of the garden is maintained by the owner. Existing flatmates are David (26) who is a teacher, Riley (28) who is a sewing machinist/creative; and two cats. David hosts weekly D&D and enjoys gaming, Riley likes gardening, bad movies, and baking bread. We enjoy a chat at the end of the day, an occasional shared meal or movie night, and are otherwise independent. We are looking for someone who likes cats, and values creating nice spaces. Queer and trans people welcome. No pets.
