Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. 1 sunny large double bedroom available from 30th April. Large, fully fenced section with house alarm. Front and back covered decking. Nice green gardens to sit and enjoy the sun. Winter on the front verandah is so nice and hot, its like summer. Logburner for winter is nice and warm and keeps power bills down. Lots of clothesline space, skylights in kitchen and bathroom - its nice to shower in the sun. Non-chlorinated artesian water for drinking. No dietary restrictions. Smoking outside only. Free Wifi. We're tidy but not OCD, quiet but not introverted, social but not party animals. We like to have dinner together every week or three but are not into rosters and regimented schedules. No pets.
