We have a cosy single room available in the ladies-only wing of our beautiful and historic former nunnery in lovely St Mary's Bay. This is probably the classiest accommodation in Auckland. This room has beautiful views to the harbour, is super sunny and is at the end of the corridor so less foot traffic outside your door! Our home is very big and very sunny and breezy, and is easy walking distance to inner link and outer link buses, Ponsonby, Herne Bay, Westhaven, and all the best bars and restaurants. We are perhaps the safest and quietest suburbs in Auckland yet so close to it all. We have a large and well-appointed communal lounge and kitchen, with additional study area. Picturesque grounds with views to the harbour bridge that you can also enjoy from our large deck. Immaculately clean and tidy, we have a fulltime hygiene professional cleaning all communal areas, including a weekly complimentary room clean. We have super fast internet and a very helpful and friendly onsite manager. Thanks to our very high standards we attract a very high-standard of guest - everybody is very kind and considerate. This room will suit a young professional or foreign student or worker, especially somebody who enjoys peace and quiet. Please don't apply for this room if you are an addict or if you have behavioural problems, this is simply not the right place for you. We are popular with Spanish speakers, and Chinese, Japanese and Koreans, so this is a good space for you if you would like the company of people who speak your native tongue, or if you would like to polish your english. No pets or smokers.
