Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Kia Ora! We are looking for an additional flatmate to join us in our beautiful brand new house in Mt Wellington. A clean, light, modern space that makes very comfortable living. Situated on Penrose Road, it's close to Sylvia Park shopping, the supermarket, train stations, Ellerslie village and the motorway, ideal top hop on in the mornings for the commute to work. The house has top of the range appliances all round. In the kitchen, a 6 ring gas hob and an oven for those that like to cook, a fridge freezer with more than enough space and a water/ice dispenser, a huge pantry and a dishwasher. The lounge is a great chill spot to unwind and catch up on TV and live sport. Put on the heat pump/AC to suit the conditions for added comfort. The bedroom has enough space to fit any size bed comfortably and has a built in double closet. You will share a bathroom with two other people. There is storage space in the garage, along with an extra fridge freezer and a washing machine. We enjoy the downtime after work and weekends with good food, cold beer and good yarns. It's not a party house, but a late nights happen from time to time. Bond is $830 plus the first week rent, $1080 in total. The room is available from Monday 29th April.
