Description:	2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Kia ora! On the lookout for a mindful but fun individual to cohabitate in Johnsonville for a short stint (a few months would be ideal, but flexy). Your bedroom is unfurnished (although I have an airbed and linen if you need it), north-facing, with enormous windows and loads of sun. Double built in wardrobe. There’s space to store a bike in small carport if you’re also a cyclist. 25 min cycle to the cbd, otherwise it’s a 5 min walk to Jville shops and the no. 1 bus which will get you into town in 15 mins. 10 minute walk to Raroa or Jville train stations. I purchased this 70s gem last August. I work in the cbd most days, occasionally working from home. Ideally I'm after just one extra human, as there isn't too much indoor storage available. But I'd be open to having a couple short term if it was the right fit. I much prefer outdoors to indoors and spend most evenings and weekends exercising, volunteering, cooking, gardening or catching up with friends. No pets or smokers.
