West/north facing window. $230 (including all expenses) available on 1st May. Photo 3. The front flat has one extra-large room with queen size bed, wooden floor, clothes wardrobe, desk and chair. (We have a ladies only bathroom and toilet, very private) Your rental includes basic power (not including heater), water and internet. Communal facilities include 5 toilets, 3 showers, 8 gas cooktops and gas for hot water. We only accept ONE person per room (no couples). Single flat mate relationship only, no visitors, no smoking.
