Description:	4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. Smaller room available immediately. Larger room available from May 17th, needs to be filled by May 26th (can be flexible for the right person). Looking for a couple to take both rooms or two singles (tenancy allows 4 people total) We are looking to fill two rooms in Wattle Downs. It is situated on a quiet road in a great suburb only 5 minutes away from the supermarket, vege shop etc. 15-20 minutes drive to the airport. My partner and I used to rent both rooms but are moving into our own place. We had the smaller room as a spare room for family/friends to come stay and as a study. $240pw - The master bedroom itself is 4m x 3.5m and has two double wardrobes and an ensuite. It’s a gorgeous room with plenty of space and gets plenty of light. $170pw - The smaller room is 2.75m x 2.85m. There is plenty of room for a queen bed and drawers/desk. It has a double wardrobe and shares the main bathroom with one other female who is very clean. Both rooms are unfurnished. Bills are $30 per person per week. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the other flatmates in the home. The other flatmates are a single male and female. The house is lovely and warm with two heat pumps and HRV. There is plenty of storage here with a double garage and a large garden shed. It has a big garden and space for a vege garden if you want. No pets please as we already have a cat. No pets.
