Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Kia ora! We are looking for a lovely person to fill the third room in our new flat. Located in the Glen Innes/Glendowie area, enjoy the quiet and beautiful East Auckland while still having great, direct access to the CBD with the 76 bus route nearby. Our home is a cute character house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), and a gorgeous and sunny deck/backyard to enjoy. There is space to do some gardening, including an outdoor shed if you're into that! There is plenty of free and safe street parking available. The room gets morning sun and shares the main bathroom with one other. There is a built-in wardrobe, and we can provide a double mattress (no base) and an extra clothing rack if needed. Rent is $210/week + expenses. $920 bond. The room is currently available, and we're looking for someone to move in before the end of the month. You would need to be added to the lease. We're looking for someone keen to be a friend not just a flatmate - if you're into board game nights, hikes, skating, and occasionally sharing meals you'll fit right in. Short-term option available for another room in this flat (furnished, ensuite) between June 13th and August 30th No smokers.
