Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. one HUGE double room available in our little seaside paradise! Big window-nook overlooking the ocean! Second garden-facing window (all day sun), big built in wardrobes. About the house: cozy, sunny, peaceful and relaxed vibes, LGBT+ friendly. 3 flatmates staying on are mid-twenties femmes, ideal flatmate would be in a similar age range or a bit older. House has a big sunny lawn and a second greenspace level with a big garden and a fire-pit overlooking the sea. Bath, dishwasher, 2 toilets, chest freezer and loads of native birds!! (We get tui, kereru and piwakawaka around the house most days and often hear ruru at night) colorful little seaside oasis.
