Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Kia ora I’m looking for two flatmates to share this beautiful, modern rental with me and my 4-year dog, Indie. It’s a massive four-bedroom whare in Ngongotaha. The house is fully furnished, so you would only need your own bedroom furnishings. I work 9-5 on weekdays and am away most weekends, so I’m hardly home. You can choose any of the bedrooms - or more than one if you want! I have an ensuite in my bedroom, so the main bathroom will be shared between flatmates (probably two). Couples negotiable. Large internal garage with plenty of storage, as well as a fourth room that is intended to be kept as a spare room. Rent is $230 per week for singles; negotiable for a couple. We will all share the monthly bills (power and wifi). No pets or smokers.
