Description:	4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. A room in a beautifully redecorated 4 bedroom house on 1/4 acre section on the border of Titirangi and Glen Eden. Available March 16. Please read the listing before asking questions ;) We have a large pool up for summer, an amazing outdoor living yard and deck with native trees and birds galore. Large double furnished master bedroom with plenty of storage and everything you need ready and waiting. We are looking for someone to share with a mother 10yr old daughter, (who lives here every second week) and 17 yr old international student. A Clean, tidy and considerate person to share our home with would be amazing. We are sadly loosing our current border due to going back to her country, we will miss her. We hope we can find an equally awesome person to share our home with. Cost includes bills such as fibre, water and power with reasonable usage We do need to add, that due to hosting an International student, we cannot accept male borders, apologies, it is not discrimination, it is purely international student rules, no non family men to reside with female students, apologies. No pets or smokers.
