Description:	3 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms. Hey hey hello! I am Tash - I'm 35 and am on the hunt to find a flattie to join my abode! Located in the heart of Hamilton this spacious townhouse has modern amenities and a warm atmosphere. The central location means you are a hop, skip and jump from the hustle and bustle of gyms, supermarkets, gas stations and some pubs but equally our spot is private and calm and a 2min walk to river walks. I have 2 rooms available for rent. Both rooms are a decent size with a double wardrobe. Located on the ground floor each has a ranch slider opening onto a patio, perfect for morning coffees or the evening sun. A modern open plan bathroom separates both rooms. I run my small business from home and have converted the garage into my studio. The studio a.k.a car shed is where the magic happens. I am a night owl and often work in the evenings, so a deep sleeper is preferred. I'd say I'm pretty balanced and can mix from quiet nights in to a few too many vodkas dancing in town some weekends. Being a Townhouse the neighbours are close, so definitely not a party house but do indulge sometimes. I'm a keen op shopper and love a few too many plants - so if you love weird Nik naks and a indoor forest - this might be your calling! I'm very independent and do my own thing but equally looking for people I vibe with and can enjoy a chin wag here and there!
