Welcome to this appealing 2DBRM fully furnished home with gorgeous views & deck which is near Seatoun beach, shops, film studios and a 4.5 minute drive to the airport. If you're seeking to share with another prof, fairly tidy, reliable and consider yourself to be a good sort - I look forward to having a chat and showing you through. I enjoy movies, exercising my dog and animal welfare, socialising, gardening, travel, reading and keeping fit. Pets are negotiable though large or Hunter breeds aren't suitable due to cats and my small dog. An intro about yourself would be much appreciated plus reference checks done as standard. Bond is the equivalent of one week's board plus one week's rent in advance. Housework is shared or happy splitting the cost of hiring a cleaner.
