The price is $400 pw includes utilities (groceries are additional). Pets are negotiable however hunter breeds such as Jack Russells, Husky's, Charpei and large breeds wouldn't be suitable. I'd consider rabbits, poodle X, Spaniel, Biscon, Maltese etc and perhaps another cat. Bond is the equivalent of one week's board, as per pricing above and please provide at least one reference with application. Housework is shared or happy going halves for a cleaner.
