Dubai's police force has been "busted" over claims its supercar patrol car fleet now boasts a Bugatti Veyron.A few days ago Dubai's chief of police Dhahi Khalfan tweeted a photo showing the NZ$3 million-plus vehicle decked out in police colours but that has overnight (NZ time) been exposed as creativity by someone with Photoshop.Motoring websites, CarBuzz.com and TopSpeed.com are both reporting that Veyron owner Afzal Kahn, the founder of a company called Khan Design, exposed the fraud.Khan thought the car looked very much like one of his and, in fact, discovered it was.Carbuzz.com reports that Dubai officials have admitted faking the image, but are claiming that a Veyron is likely to be added to its supercar patrol fleet that already boasts a Ferrari FF, Lamborghini Aventador and Aston Martin One-77, in the near future.
