Payment Terms:

You are receiving an email of payment details and instructions from Trade Me after winning an auction.

Payment must be made in full prior to delivery within 7 calendar days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).

Delivery Policy:

PTL is dispatching your winning within 3 working day once PTL receives your payment in full, If you need urgent delivery or prefer a particular service supplier to conduct the delivery, please contact us to discuss detail. When you receive your items, please ensure you check the condition of the parcel/carton, the receiver detail and the courier track and trace reference before you sign for acceptance. Please do not sign for any damaged parcel/carton.

Warranty

  • Warranty covers only the hardware problems. The usage problems such as virus, windows operations, or software that we provide as free service are NOT covered.
  • Warranty does not cover the consumption product such as battery etc.
  • 90 days warranty applies on Ex-Lease Laptops (Not including the Laptop Battery).
  • 30 days warranty applies on Ex-Lease PC's, LCD's etc.
  • Brand new items come with all manufacture warranty, which is stated on the description of Trade Me listings.
We can also provide extended warranties up to 12 months for an additional fee (apply only on ex-lease laptops, desktops, LCD's).

Refund/ Returning Policy:

  • Refund only applies to fatal errors or wrong description when the computer/parts are purchased.
  • 15% total purchasing price will be charged to the return if the computers/parts work as described
  • Warranty does not apply because changing mind.
  • Warranty does not cover any courier cost. Customer to courier back computer for service or refund, has to pay own courier cost.

Governing Law

This contract and its terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
