The seller isn't returning emails or refuses to complete the deal (change topic)If you have given the seller a reasonable amount of time to return your emails and you still haven't received a response, please contact us as we may be able to help by giving them a call directly. Be sure to let us know if you would like us to pass a contact number on for you. If you have received negative feedback from a seller and are certain that you have taken all of the above steps to resolve the trading issues, then you are welcome to dispute the feedback with us.
