Godzilla vs Megaguirus (2000)

When the threat of Godzilla returns to Japan, scientists develop the first man made black hole in an attempt to trap the monster. During a test of the new weapon an insect caught in the black hole mutates into Meganula- and spawns a host of giant dragonflies. Their queen is Megaguirus- a 50 metre flying menace set to kill Godzilla.
