After a vicious attack by mysterious forces, Odysseus (Vosloo) and his men find themselves shipwrecked on the mysterious Isle of the Mists. While wandering the island for supplies and shelter, they discover that the island is ruled by Persphone (von Pfetten), an evil entity who has taken the castaways as her prisoners and keeps them trapped by a horde of nightmarish creatures known as Shadow Beasts. But the struggle to escape the island no longer remains the only obstacle when Odysseus and his men discover the temptation of treasure - a treasure that rivals all the other treasures known to man. The goal of survival is soon coupled with danger, action and adventure, as the Warrior King slays his enemies to escape his prison.
