Based on the best selling video game - Jack Carver (Til Schweiger from Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life) ex-soldier of an Elite Special Forces Unit is leading a quiet life on his boat. That is until journalist Valerie Constantine (Emmanuelle Vaugier from Saw II & IV) hires him to take her over to an isolated island.

Jack and Valerie make a narrow escape into the jungle after a rogue rocket explodes tearing the boat to pieces. Hunted recklessly by a team of mercenaries, they attempt to reach the other side of the island where they can access a ship in the harbour. Once arriving, they discover the islands secret: dangerous experiments, through which scientist Or Krieger attempts to create the perfect killing machine - genetically modified super warriors.
