SEASON 1: Meet Dexter, a charming forensic expert for the Miami Police Department....who is also a deadly obsessed serial killer. Dexter was raised by a police officer who recognized Dexters murderous personality. Knowing there was no helping Dexter he instead helped his son focus his energy on the minuses of society. Dexter may not be able to control his sick mind, but in public he shows no sign of his murderous ways.

SEASON 2: Season Two does not disappoint...things are really beginning to heat up for Dexter: Sergeant Doakes suspicions about him are growing, his victims are escaping and to further complicate matters, treasure hunters discover Dexters underwater dumping ground for his victims. As the police extract body after body from the ocean, the media dubs the killer the Bay Harbor Butcher, and the FBI Special Unit is bought in to catch the Butcher. It is not your mothers CSI TV. This is a complex and fascinating look at serial killers which, up to this point, have been marginalised and made two-dimensional.

SEASON 3: Dexters life seems to be going well. His relationship with Rita and her kids is back on track. He is no longer under scrutiny at his day job as a blood splatter analyst for Miami Metro Homicide and his night job as a serial killer is operating on all cylinders. So when he sets his sights on Freebo, a dope dealer and killer, it looks to be just another night of Dexters dark justice. But things do not go as planned and Dexter must find a way to extract
