Steve supplied 100% of the items I required, and shipped them all the way to Feilding. He provided me with friendly, expert, and overall fantastic service. | It was a real pleasure dealing with Hitek. Steve recommended high quality JASolar panels and the Goodwe inverter for my 5Kw system which I installed myself. The hardware arrived promptly as promised. Being new to this technology, I needed lots of advice which Steve provided willingly and in great detail over the two months it took me to build the system. Although I am in Kapiti, the aftersales service was as if he was just next door. Highly recommend using Hitek for all solar requirements. |

| We had resigned ourselves to the fact that my sons Iphone required a repair - instead Steve spent quite sometime with us offering free advice on what might be causing the problem and saved us an unnecessary repair job. | Very professional firm. A great firm to deal with, they keep in contact even after the system was installed which is great. We are very pleased with the system, and it is generating power in the wonderful sunshine. Would recommend this firm to deal with if you are contemplating setting up a solar power generation unit. |

| We took a very damaged front and back surface iPhone 4 to be repaired it also required the on/off button to be fixed. We had it returned like a brand new phone done within a matter of days so we are very happy customers. I would recommend people to use this company and we would definitely use again ourselves. |

| In a word, Awesome. Took my playstation to an 'expert' for YLOD repair and after i got it back it lasted for a week before dying again. Talked to Steve and sent my ps3 to him for repair and he opened it up to find a complete mess. He fixed the problems (there were a few after the first 'expert' tried to fix it) and its worked like a dream ever since. My advice: Talk to the experts, these guys, and you won't have any headaches. They are the best and it won't cost you the earth. AAA+++ for Hitek |

Steve was great at keeping me informed of issues, pricing, practical solutions and was super fast and great value for money. I read reviews on trademe looking for someone to fix my computer and contacted Steve because of the good reviews. Best move I made, didn't realise how badly it was running until it was fixed - guess I've learnt that computers are like cars and they need to be cleaned and serviced : ) 10/10! |

| Took my computer to him to get a Graphics card put in, Not only did he do this but he also cleaned the whole inside and got rid of all the dust, Serviced it all, and Updated everything to run to its optimum state, and all for no extra cost.
