| Our old Heat Pump 'Gave up the Ghost' recently so we contacted Joshua for a Quote on a replacement unit. | An amazing experience dealing with Absolute Cool. Joshua came on Sunday p.m. and quoted a 7.1 heat pump. It was installed a few days after the quote. The installers were quick & efficient and knew the product and installation requirements well. They took away all the packaging and off-cuts and cleaned up the inside and outside as if no work had been completed. Product manufacturer rang during install and I could sense a smile on the other end of phone when I said it will be going in 1 hour. |

| What else I can say. Yes all the reviews are 100% correct. The only thing I can add is - I talked to Joshua and as usual he responded straightaway, visited my place on time, apart from supplier's hitch ( non availability don't know still arranged the heat pumps on time ) and last but not least when his team was installing the heat pumps I was busy. They finished everything on time and gone - like do good and forget. I don't know about others but whenever I need another one these are I Guys ... |

| Couple of year back Joshua from Absolute Cool installed a centralized heating and cooling system at our house in Henderson. Since then the systems running perfectly fine without issues. Joshua's is a very polite man, and his customer service is really awesome. His installation prices are very reasonable compared to others who charge an arm and a leg.
