| Jack Nicholson plays Harry Bliss, a smooth talking, natural born liar who runs the House of Bliss Guard Dog Agency. When the apartment of classical singer Joan Spruance (Ellen Barkin from Sea of Love) is ransacked and she starts receiving threatening phone messages, Joan moves into the Hollywood Hills home of her sister, Andy (Beverly D'Angelo from National Lampoon). However, with a serial killer on the loose and Andy's ex-lovers harassing her, she doesn't quite feel safe there either. So Joan hires a guard dog from Harry's company and soon Harry is providing more than protection for the beautiful singer.But when Harry and Joan get together, it's nothing but man trouble as things start spinning out of control. MAN TROUBLE also stars Harry Stanton (from The Green Mile and The Pledge) and is from the people that brought you ON GOLDEN POND and THE CHINA SYNDROME. |
