Surrogates (2009)

Set in a futuristic world where humans interact vicariously through surrogate androids that brave life experiences on behalf of their human controllers. An FBI agent (Willis) is forced to venture out into this world as his human self to track down someone who's killing humans by attacking their android surrogates.
