We are a NZ registered company and can provide a GST invoice if requested on all sales.  Our trading hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00 a.m. - 5 p.m. (All questions will be answered within this time)    Auctions are for a refurbished ex-lease unit that is typically from a clean, air-conditioned office environment. It has been fully decommissioned, tested and refurbished by our Computer Market technicians. It is sold with a 90 day "return to base" warranty.    Items are processed by our technical department only after the auction has been won. Please allow 1-3 days processing time prior to collection or shipping. This allows us to complete any upgrades or final testing prior to dispatch. Batteries are tested to hold a charge only, they are consumable items and not warrantied unless expressed otherwise.   It is important to remember that this product is listed as second hand goods. Please check the description for general condition.  You may find minor cosmetic scratches and blemishes or even small dents on the casing, however, this will not affect the performance. *There should be no serious damage or missing plastics/parts unless otherwise stated.

If the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, we will meet our obligations under that Act, Otherwise, if the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply, all returns of this nature must be made within 14 days of purchase / delivery.   Products used or installed Our warranty does not apply where damage is caused by the installer or other factors, including:   • Normal wear and tear; • Incorrect installation or damage through mishandling; • Liquid or water damage • Excessive wear and tear due to mishandling or failure to follow operating instructions. • Battery leakage or infiltration of foreign particles; • Batteries that have been pierced, bent or damaged in any way from installation or other means. • Use of the product with unsuitable accessories. • Shipment or other transit.
